How this book came about - The drawings were made during a period of two and a half years. The sole purpose of their creation was to help release emotional tension. By degrees I began to see that they were telling a story, like a problem seeking a solution. As the drawings evolved, so did the solution. Ioanna Ralli grew up in Athens Greece, in a family of politicians. She studied communications, art and graphic design in England and in the U.S. She lives and works in Athens as a photographer, illustrator and graphic designer. |
